What grinds my gears #6

Rate this Entry
So, you know what really grinds my gears?

This was mentioned by someone in the thread I put up under general chat. They mentioned that it bothers them when they are walking in public places and the people in front of them walk very slowly or stop in the middle of the street at this own disgression, with no respect for others at all. When I'm in a store, I don't stop moving before looking if someone is behind me or on their way and make sure I'm not bothering them by being in the way. They always say the youth are punks and no goods, but most of us have some decency in us. It's just the retarded set of fucks that ruin it for the rest of us.

I know how this feels since I don't like shopping very much and I try to finish my shopping run as soon as I can. Walking behind an old as fuck couple that will stop at any store that is selling ANYTHING SHINEY, that just pisses me off. Cause they will just stop moving and not even care about the people behind them, making all these people walk around them because they don't have the decency to move aside.

It's not just walking on the street though. When in the bus, old people expect you to give them their seat ,which I can understand, but generally I don't do it because I'm just an asshole. If I see they are walking on a cane and no one else will be polite enough, sure. But otherwise? I payed for the bus, probably more then this old wench, I'll damn well sit wherever the fuck I want. They also don't know how to make room for people who get into a crowded bus. Standing in the pathway that lets people to get to the back of the bus so it's not to crowded. These old fucks just stand there and look at you funny when you try to pass.

God fucking damn old people. I hope I never get old. If I get to a point where I can't whipe my own ass anymore. I hope I get to ask to be shot.

    Interesting..

However, I don't really mind when old people are slow when walking, because at least they have an excuse.

It's the young, perfectly capable people that piss me off. Especially if it's in a crowded school hallway & they stop to talk to a friend oblivious that there are people behind them that actually want to get to a class.

This used to happen a lot to me in high school, not-so much in college, though. I would always say something smart like "walk like you have a meaning in life," or "it's cool, take your time, it's not like we have class or anything," if they happened to be walking like they were having a stroll through the park.
