Previous Owner still has name..

On my Laptop the Previous Owner's name is still on some files...I have changed admin name to my name etc so what is up with this?

Windows Vista and Previous Owner only used it once or twice.

You can try formatting and reinstalling Vista.

when programs files etc are installed they are automatically registered to the computers registered owner/admin account, thus anything installed prior to you getting the comp will be in any previous owners name.
