    this topic will never end.
ppl think gays are trying to gather more gays by adopting kids and turning them gay and end the human race. some ppl think marraige is suppost to be between a man and woman for the ppl who can have children but there are some str8 ppl that cant have children so i guess they are a sin too if they are married.

if amercica become a place for the str8 im out of here because thats just f**king stupid

Now I may be in support of gay marriage...

But I do not support gay adoption.
I think a young kid should always have a mother & dad.... It's natural instinct.
You always need a mother.... To learn. It's just the way it is.

It maybe in your opinion but, gay adoption is allowed in the uk (bout time to) and there is not a lot to suggest that there is anything wrong with it and lots of gay couples have already adopted and have been sucessfull.

Bieng gay does not stop you from being a good parent better a child adopted and bieng cared for than one feeling lost in this world in a home with little hope, and yes bad things happen to children in a mum dad situation so if a gay couple is willing to adopt im all for it , its natural instinct to have 2 loving caring parents or or one that cares str8 or gay .

what about children who wouldnt otherwise have a home? should they be denied parents all together instead of 2 loving ones?

There was a phone in discussion on the radio about this the other day. One caller brought up a point that's been talked about a lot where gay adoption is concerned.

For a start all children are influenced mainly by their home environment, the views of their parents and extended family members. One guy called in and said he was vehemently against gay adoption, particularly where you have two gay men who always seem to opt for a boy to adopt. He felt that with the potential parents being gay, they could have some bearing on how that child grew up and developed ***ually.

I know all they internet gays will rush in and say if a child is gay then they will be gay regardless of whether they have a mother and father or father and father. However if a child is brought up with hetero***ual parents who are racist, religious fanatics or even UFO followers, in the majority of cases that child will go down the same road, so why is it gays categorically scream that their parenting skills/influence will be different?

I really dont understand the people that are against gay men or women adopting.
They go through the same background checks, evaluations etc that straight people go through.
As long as that child is given a chance at life.. is loved.. nurtured yada yada what difference does it make if they're straight..or gay?
