And it made me feel sick.

individually those things sound okay but I just hope they weren't all mixed together .

I have had so far:

A bowl of oat granola cereal (with raisins) topped with organic soya milk.
An omelette (made with two eggs)
Small side salad (lettuce, watercress, celery, cu***ber, tomato, sweetcorn and a drizzle of light vinegarette dressing)
Handful of Reeses Pieces

Lots of water!

I think for dinner I will have chicken cooked in sesame oil with wholegrain rice and veggies!

I just finished a grand slam from Denny's. The pancakes were awesome I normally don't like pancakes but their butter is amazing ........

they are easier to cook but damn i love homemade with the skin still on and lots of butter

Ehhh baked potatoes w/the skin is ok but mashed potatoes w/it still in there? Nah not for me.

I had a bowl of cheerios and haven't eaten lunch yet, had some strawberries though....not hungry right now, probably just eat Dunch today.

I had a sloppy joe and a can of ginger ale and a clementine. But there is cake in the fridge that won't last to long...i cake.
