weightlift every day alternating between upper and lower body in between days, run about 15 miles a week, and ****. Gotta take ****s.

Running for atleast 4.5 miles keeps me in a good shape.
I just do whatever..and then go jogging around this football field. My job actually has me doing a lot of moving around and climbing ladders and stuff so that helps too. And I don't eat too much junk food.![]()
How I stay in shape....
I don't pay too much mind as to what I eat but there are certain foods I tend to stay away from.
*I eat ice cream and smores like 1-3 times a week for dessert hehe.
*I drink a lot of juice and water... a lot!
*I eat whatever I want whether it is from fried chicken to deep dish pizza
*I do get my healthy balance of protein, vegetables, and some oh so heavenly fruit... mmmmmm
I don't have a lot of DO NOT DO'S because it tends to keep me too restricted and focused on loosing more than I need. BUT I do have a few
*DO NOT SKIP A MEAL
yeah... that's it. I love me some food, skipping a meal is not an option. But I sometimes try to stick with having high protein/fiber and low carbs when I am looking to shed a couple pounds.
I do tend to stay away from certain food and drinks though such as bread and pop.
Workout/Keeping figure:
I workout almost everyday. Sometimes for 20 minutes and other times 2 hours. My last week consisted of: DAY 1: zumba fitness 2 hours, DAY 2: cardio 2 hours, DAY 3: Pilates 30 min, DAY 4: strength training 15 min; plyometric 15 min, DAY 5: yoga 45 min. DAY 6-7 are my break days. BUT I still go out do to my 2 mile morning jog at least 3 times a week.
I am 5'8.5" nearly 5'9" and my weight fluxuates between 145-160 pounds during a year or more.
My body frame is not skinny and let's just say I'm a bit more, blessed, in some areas. *cough cough* But if you got it flaunt it. Some people may see my weight as 'fat' but not everyone wears their weight the same way. Take Kim Kardashian for example, I have the same body frame as her except I am taller, that's all. Weight is carried a bit differently in shapely situations.
I tend to stay away from television and magazines because I know I will begin to compare myself with other women based on their shapes and looks (not 24/7 but you get my drift). No matter what, there will always be someone prettier, ***ier, hotter, than you. Well go ahead and compliment them, it won't hurt anybody but don't think for a second you don't have something to work for or worth it. Sorry but that's utter bull****.
