keep eatin what u eat but in smaller portions. try 2 include vegs, fruits and drinking lemon juice not 2 sweet throughout the day will help a lot u c
if u love chocolate dont stop eatin them but eat less of it , for example if u eat a small bag of m&ms a day try to eat 1 every other day make sure u exercise everyday by walking/cycling/joggin for at least 45 mins a day to ur job or 2 c friends n stuff no need 2 pay 4 gym membership if u havent got that much money. if u lose weight 2 fast by cutting completly on things u love for 2-3 weeks for example chocolate , fast food , cake etc.... of course u'll lose lots of weight after the 2-3 wks but u'll gain all that weight back cuz ur body is gonna crave the things u love then u'll start eating them again and all that weight will come bk especially if u stop exercising
iow eat less of what u normally eat, eat vegs, fruits green apples r good, not 2-sweet lemon juice and exercise , u wont lose weight quickly but u'll lose and ur more likely not 2 gain that weight bk

Organic foods such as organic veggies and non-processed foods are good for the body. Fruits are <3 too. Drink lots of water (it helps you for a proper digestion)
