I am interested of finding out what others on this site, do to workout.
Everyday besides sunday, I workout 1-2 hours a day. I run 2-3 miles everyday, go on a steper, leg machine, ab machine, and I do other arm/leg/arms workout. My dad's a personal trainer and my mom is a nutritionist so I'm pretty muich forced to stay in shape, 5'3 and 110 pounds, lol.
What do you enjoy to do for your workout routine?
