    Default Your workout routine?

    I am interested of finding out what others on this site, do to workout.
    Everyday besides sunday, I workout 1-2 hours a day. I run 2-3 miles everyday, go on a steper, leg machine, ab machine, and I do other arm/leg/arms workout. My dad's a personal trainer and my mom is a nutritionist so I'm pretty muich forced to stay in shape, 5'3 and 110 pounds, lol.
    What do you enjoy to do for your workout routine?

    Lightbulb workout

    i spend an hour on the treadmill running, use a heavy bag as often as i can.. run after 4 kids... 5ft 10 130 lbs perfect BMI

    that's good! I love running on the a treadmill, its always nice to have one, so when it rains you can still run lol.

    Right when I wake up I exercise for about 20 minutes to get my metabolism up for the day. I lift weights 3-4 times a week, and I run in the late afternoon as well. I don't really do much besides that.

    Shoulders
    dumbbell shoulder press 2x6 20lbs.
    Upright Rows 2x8 20lbs.
    Shoulder Shrugs 2x10 20lbs.
    Chest
    Bench Press 2x5-6 85lbs.
    Dumbbell Bench press 2x6 30lbs.
    Fly 2x10 15lbs.


    Biceps
    Barbell Bicep Curls 2x8 35lbs.
    Dumbbell Bicep Curls 2x6 20lbs.
    Hammer Curls 2x6 20lbs.
    Wide grip pushups 2x50 (bodyweight)



    Triceps
    Kickback 2x6 20lbs.
    Tricep Extension (Dumbbell) 2x6-8 20lbs.
    Dips (bodyweight) 2x10

    Wrist
    Dumbbell Wrist Extension 2x6 15lbs.
    (Dumbbell)Wrist Curl 2x8 20lbs.
    Wrist Hammer Curls 2x6-8 15lbs.
    Abs and Obliques
    100 crunches

    Dumbbell Side bend 3x10-12 20lbs.


    I isolate muscles and do a diff. muscle each day, then i rest on the weekend. Oh yah that whey **** works too.

    Right when I wake up I run about 6-7 miles. I hit the gym and use the crosstrainer and sometimes the rowing machine as well 5 times a week and I usually go for a shorter run in late afternoon as well. I lift weights twice a week, but nothing super intense or anything, lol.
