Default Favorite class you've ever taken

As I'm nearing the end of my college career, I find myself looking back on where I began and how I got to where I am. It's odd to look back on those classes you thought were pointless and realize that some of them really weren't so, if you know what I mean.

My favorite class I've taken has to be one of my current classes, Politics of Developing Nations. "Why are rich countries rich and poor countries still poor today? What factors contribute to the development process, and how have the results affected countries in modern times?" That's essentially the basis of my class. It might sound boring to some, and I honestly thought it would be too, but I've never has so much fun trying to understand why certain countries are the way they are today.

What class do you remember having the most fun in, and why?

Oh man.. I actually a bunch I really enjoyed but I'll only name a few:

Dog Training and Behavior= because I had dogs in class and part of my grade was to play with them. Yeah I loved being an ASCI major

Beginning drawing for non-art majors= I have been an artist for a long time but where I went to college I couldn't take the art classes unless I was in the College of Art and Science (which I wasn't) or an Art Major. But my friend had found this class through the theater department and we both signed up for it our senior year. It was great being able to use that side of my brain for once and just letting loose. Having homework that didn't require using my computer or a textbook was great.. just paper and charcoal (or whatever medium my professor wanted us to use.)

Ornithology= clearly I love critters, being an ASCI graduate and all. But this class was a lot of fun because it was just focused on birds and part of our grade was to actually go out birding and keep a bird journal. Homework that requires me to go outside... yeah I'm not gonna complain about that!

Beginner's snowboarding: I got to snowboard for a semester and earn credit for it. Do I need to say more?

GCSE/Alevel (BTECH) Construction was my favourite class. GCSE because it introduced me to AutoCAD which I enjoyed so much, I origionally wanted to be an Architect, but my love of CAD downgraded me to an Architectural Technician, which I don't regret a bit, I love my course.

AS/Alevel (BTECH) Construction I loved because not only did it further my love of CAD, it introduced me to 3D CAD, and three times a week I left school to take this class in another college, because our school didn't offer it. So it got me away from the drama of school, and the almost hour drive let me listen to my ipod in peace, blocking out the other students taking the class, so relaxing. I love finding out how to construct a building from start to finish, and there is something satisfying at watching your design develop from your imagination onto paper, and I look forward to see it develop one day on an actual construction site.

Errr...this semester, Oral Communications I which is just basically a public speaking class. Prior to taking this, I'd literally freak out if I had to speak in front of a class, but now I'm pretty confident about it, especially after getting A's in the class lmao. I don't know, it's just easy now.

Overall though, sociology classes, because I love sociology~
