    [QUOTE=curious_bloom<3;4434849]how about this?
    you keep a big poster or you get those poseters that these big stores stick to the glass from inside saying upto 75% off - that always gets alot of attention and you could write the upto in a slightly smaller size or w.e you want
    inside you could sperate stacks or clothing or whatever with varying discount rates
    you could obviously even keep a section for a newly arrived products

    It says in the main post on television specficily. And I'm not setting up a store... I'm wondering which of the offers works best in your mind for you.

    i would say buy 1 get 1 free
    even a limited offer like get upto 20% or 25 % off - available only till *desired date* works

    Free samples > *

    anyways the best would be the one that is the most economically advantageous.
    For example, if they hiked up the normal price before offering the "by one get one free" then it would probably not be as good as a "get 20% off". Although, shopping around for the cheapest deal may not actually be the most economical because you're sacrificing time and incurring opportunity cost. I just get my dad to do all the shopping ._.

    Does anyone here watch Futurama?

    Remember the episode where fry has an advert placed in between his dreams?

    That would probably be your best method.

    It's still one of the best cartoons on TV. No one agrees with you. According to countless TV forums the show rules.
