There are so many things, I can't pick just one but I won't dump my entire bucket list here. I'll just name a few: go skydiving, travel the world, own my own business, ride the world's tallest and fastest rollercoasters, get a Dodge Viper, somehow leave my mark on this planet, time travel, space travel, create the world's most perfect hamburger, get a degree in psychology, read every Star Wars novel ever written, donate thousands of dollars to a charity, gain superpowers, etc, etc...
