I've read up on sleep paralysis before. Seemed curious and interesting, but I've never had it, and never thought I would. I used to sleepwalk as a child and still do occasionally now as an adult, but it was never threatening and very mild. Today, however, I experienced sleep paralysis. I won't bore you with the details but it scared the **** out of me, even though after I snapped out of it I was aware that what happened was completely do***ented and there was no need for irrational fear.
Anyone here who regularly has it? I could use tips on how to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm friggin worried that this one time has unleashed a floodgate and I will go through it again.
