Weird food combinations

Apparently by cousins wife used to love plain boiled rice on toast when she was preggo. Sounds weird, plain and boring to me.

She shouldve said you boil the peas in water in the microwave first, then add some custard powder (not already made custard) and sugar, mix it all then put it in the microwave again. Makes a sweet syrup kinda thing with the peas in it. Then mix that with mash and rice.
