    Default Four, Diet tips.

    1. Don't eat large healthy meals last thing at night or your body won't have chance to burn off those calories.
    2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water and low calorie drinks to help you feel full.
    3. Make yourself more active climb stairs, and walk all little journeys.
    4. Allow yourself treats occasionally or you may end up binging.

    Eat normally + exercise more often = great success.

    No need to make it rocket science.

    Try to keep away from stress, depression etc. it is helpful to your diet.
    at least 1 hour in a day exercise regularly in proper way.

    First is to find your body type, then you can check your dietician on the best diet to use. Exercise also plays a major role.
