I've been following my scheme for a lil while now, and right now, it appears to work just fine. Besides, I've heard that eating anything carb-ish right after your workout session will **** up the growth hormone process, which apparently goes into rage mode the first hour after your workout. Not too sure about this, though.

@ Angra - don't forget the legs, bro! Captain upperbodies are huge phags.
But when you're out there partying, horsing around, someone out there at the same time is working hard.

Someone is getting smarter and someone is winning.

    Just remember that.

Eating before you work out is good... Especially high protein and Sweets. I suggest you devour a bag of Jack Links, stuff down three twinkies, And then Poweraid the shiit out of yourself, then work it out for about three hours daily... I would almost bet you would loose weight.

You make me in a good way. I've done my fair share of weight lifting in my years, people just make everything too complicated. It's a simple answer of yes or no in this case, based on the amount of time you work out should be the indicator to this. Whatever you eat before a work out probably won't make a difference, unless you ate 3 huge cheeseburgers then you'll end up puking. We're talking about breakfast, a light mean in the morning, no signification affection whatsoever.

@ Proteins - What's the point in taking a high amount of protein BEFORE your workout? Surely you'd want the protein to be used during the recovery process?

@ Sweets - What the ****. Poptart fitness?

    Default Update!

    So far - so good.

I'm going to implement some MMA endurance training to my schedule and see where that takes me.

    3 weight training days.

    2 endurance training days.

    Hoping for success.

    Also; current stack.

    Don't hate.

What exactly are you planning to gain from this? Seems to me like you want to be a tank.

Is that the cop from The Simpsons on top of one of them...?
The age of legends has come to an end, the stories we know, we stand to defend.
And we wish to remember the glorious tales, Of giants and Gods and heroes

Oh, yes! I was cleaning my room (hence the emptiness) and found it. I've had it for years... Like way back in 2001, I believe.

Just a quick update for you people.

It's been going good, and to top that, I've implemented a new diet-- or rather, a new way of life. It's called intermittent fasting.

Everyone hates on it right now (duh, it contradicts what we assumed was common knowledge about bodybuilding.) But hey! So far, so good!
