Hunger is for the weak. But no, seriously.

Your body has plenty of energy if you have a sound diet. I'm never hungry in the morning.

Yes, although I would assume it was logical to be hungry in the morning... I wouldn't want to load up on food before bed and even if I did I would assume a decent portion of the energy was burned. And as for hunger, I find it easy to push aside. There are too many spoiled, weak children in the present generation with too much foxtel and couch-lifestyles breeding out the good a bit of hard-living does for a person.

It all depends on WHEN your body is accustomed to eat. If you eat breakfast, you're going to be hungry if you start skipping it. I was also quite hungry in the beginning. Mind you, you're not actually starving yourself, you're simply shocking your system. Now I can't imagine myself eating breakfast... Evolution!

Agreed with the the spoiled, weak children.

I've been doing it for the past 2 months now, and I've gained weight.

being a hard gainer i never lift on an empty stomach, just do cardio on an empty stomach.

though if i was trying to cut, which i will soon, id probably supplement with some bcaa's, take in less food, add more reps, and less weight, with shorter rests between sets, and just keep doing cardio on an empty stomach in the morning.

I'm a hardgainer to the core myself, and I haven't had any problems lifting on a fasted system. I do cardio in the evenings, mind you it's for endurance training only.

Haven't really thought of weight loss... I'll be shipping to basics in a week, so I guess I could take advantage of that and get diced to the socks, so to speak...

It is quite necessary to maintain the balance between rest and exercises properly.but you could just rest from 2 hours after youre back from school and then hit the gym and on the weekends you could gym in the morning.
