I don't know why this site even bothers to have a forum.Forum members are encouraged to make a suggestion or air a complaint about an issue that concerns them and there's been many well presented and practical suggestions made by people. In many cases these comments are meet with sarcasm, insults and a condescending attitude by other members and representatives of the administration. Maybe being blunt,arrogant and condescending when posting a comment or suggestion is the way to get a point across here.
