Ok, I'm a major SATC fan... Anyway on re-watching the seasons, I watched the episode about great loves. Charlotte mentions how people only get two "great loves" in your life.

Couples can make a great love but it depends on how relationship works and long term and strong relationship start with trust, understanding and of course love. Those are the most important factors that should consider by couples.

yeah sure, if you're alive and healthy and you will find love or even great love( whatever that is) cause mans a social animal, we can't live alone, we doo need someone.We aren't rocks, we do develop feelings and you wont be able to stop that.
Theres no time frame where you can fall in love. From what i know life kicks you hard when you least expect it ( lol, its true tho)
