I have two questions. My first question is, why cannot I request chat-avenue to send me an email-link to reset my password. I requested it, but no email was sent. Also, I created an account here, but cannot log into chat rooms with my account information. Why is this?

I know it sounds quite obvious, but, check your spam folder or try requesting it again.

Forum accounts are completely separate from the chats, you don't need an account to log in.

Not to mention, the option where users were allowed to log in via their forum info has been disabled. Only moderators and administrators are allowed to access the rooms via passwords.
