People Who Identify Themselves as Superheroes and Supervillians

You are coming up with the most insane logic and reasoning in your own personal belief that makes it impossible to have a proper debate. "Israel is home to god people, therefore we must protect Israel at all cost. At the same time we must rebuild the temple which will cause WW3 and the second coming of Christ." <-- something along those lines. How is that even a proper statement for the debate forum?

The thread subject had nothing to do with my religous views. It became that when my 'example' was nit picked and scrutinized by obviously an anti-Christian, anti-Semetic group of individuals.

Also...'my own religion comes under the attack and scrutiny' - in case you haven't noticed, this is a debate forum! If someone want to attack or scrutinized my personal belief, they are welcome to do so.

Coming back on topic some people in the media thinks there has been an increasing trend of people playing the supervillian or the superhero compared to previous generations - but what if that isn't the case? Perhaps what seems to be an increasing trend is actually due to more and more people reporting these sort of things through social media and other fast communication devices?

Social medias allowed people to become quicker and more effective in transmitting information over long distance in short period of time. Maybe the era of social media these days is what causing the number of these reports to seems to suddenly skyrocketed. On the other hand the number of similar reports from 60's would be underestimate than what we thought because not everyone would have quick access to find or report local, national and international news in a second.

Plus isn't the media relying more and more on social media for news report these days?

If social media is contributing hugely to these reports, perhaps there is no increasing trend of incidences in which people think of themselves as superheroes or supervillians.

This is pure speculation on my part.
