I think you should tint your eyebrows, and start wearing some flowing long/mid sleeved tops instead of the tank tops. :-)

No horrendous poses and no horrible angles. Just a normal picture.
We don't need to see your bra in every picture or your legs, hold the camera in front of you or use a tripod, focus it on your face and smile. No cheesy effects either, you're not a graphic designer.
PS: empty your trash and vacuum once and awhile.
