Chris Brown has been showing off a new tattoo on his neck and to say the image is shocking is an understatement. The tattoo appears to show the face of a bruised and battered woman and has striking similarities to his ex Rihanna who he assulted in 2009.
Chris Brown claims the tattoo actually represents a sugar skull a symbol of the Mexican day if the dead.

If he really was going for a "sugar skull" girl, he needs to find a new tattoo artist because that's a horrible pos. I can't stand Chris Brown anyways so w/e.
