I think in some cases like of severe diabetes a mans wang sort of kills over so they do a penile implant so he can you know satisfy the hookers. at 4 inches though I think you should of had better insurance and got the bigger size.

I think that's summin personal and that a woman dont always need to know about what a man does with his junk (medically I mean) what they dont know wont hurt em. I personally wouldn't think you would have the feelings and sensations with a Penile Implant that you would normally experience without one.

Actually, I don't feel any difference in sensation after the implant. I am still able to complete the act.

My only complaint is that it is so short that penetration is difficult. :reallysad

I asked the Dr. about a bigger size, but he said he couldn't do it because my member was made shorter by the operation, and 4inches was as long as he could go.

Did The Initial Operation When The Penile Implant Was Inserted Go Wrong? Did Your Urologist Not Tell You Your Penis Length Loss Would Be 1.5 Inches Before You Had This Operation? Just Curious Here, Because The Average Length Loss, If Any, When A Penile Prothesis Is Placed Is 1 Centimeter, Which Is Less Than 1/2 Inch.

I have had a penile implant for the last 2 and1/2 years. I was wondering if the ladies out there had a problem with penile implants? I have been with several "ladies of the night" since the operation..... they thought it was ok. I was just wondering what average women thought about it......
