What is the best way to grow your nails so they are strong and dont break and grow nice and long all at the same time?
My nails tend to be quite soft and break or tare off easily or i get the odd one or two nails have a growing spert and end up alot longer than the rest but is weak, does anyone else have this problem? Ive always suffered with weak nails, I use hand and nail cream that helps abit but not much.
any tips?

ur nails grows by it self but if u dont cut it can grow a few inches long..literally

You can buy nail strengthener, I think it's like a nail varnish kinda thing.
If you tend to bite your nails often, you can buy some sorta gel, put it on the
tips of your fingers and if you shove 'em in your mouth, it tastes horrid.
File the nails down if some are growin' longer than others, I've grown my nails
and they're quite long now hope this helped though x

sally hansens hard as nails works great
and its not very expensive.. (you can order it off the net cheaper then going into the stores)
I use that... then paint my nails (which are black and blue right now )
then I go over my nails again with the hard as nails.
so they dont chip etc.

The best way would be to get Orly No Bite
If you have a habit of biting your nails then this is perfect
It protects your nails from being a strengthening varnish But then it also has a really bad bitter taste to it and so it stops you from biting it And Its Clear Nail Varnish.


Or you could have a nail varnish which is called Orly Nail Defense, This is not for people who bite their nails its just a nail varnish that Bonds nail layers together, and seals the free edge to prevent nails from peeling, chipping and splitting so nails grow stronger and longer.

Oh and try eating a cube of jelly once a week.
