I wanted to know, If there is no rules about if you able to talk French, Norwigen, Spainsh or english, Can a Mod bully you into talking english only,

I have read the main chat rules and I dont see anything about only specking one langlish.

I dont mind being told off if i have done something wronge but when a use wants helps and asks for it what and i ment to do.

I remember this being brought up a while ago.
Personally, I think that the mods speak english and if they don't understand, how can they tell if you are breaking the rules? They can't.
Also, it is an english speaking chatroom, so those who enter have a fairly decent grasp on the english language.

When I was modding, I'd always say to speak english so I could tell if you were breaking the rules and just so everyone could understand you. If you wanted to converse privately with someone and that's why you were doing it then there is PM for that.

But if the user is asking for help or being rude is there any need for the mod to rip into you in the main.

What do you mean by "ripping into you"?
Honestly, I'm guessing you were in video chat and you believe a mod was rude to you.
Take it up with the admin Timmeh.

If you were breaking a rule/rules or insulting the mod and were banned, then just wait it out.

If you're from the UK, I'd suspect you have the ability so speak a bit, if not more, of English considering that's their native language.
