First of all giving him money isnt going to make him like you as a freind it will only make him ask you for money all the time so say no to him whenever he asks.....
You could just ask him if he likes you and if he does go on a date with him.

My best advice is, move on, he is just looking for you for money, and he bugs you all the time if you say something nice, sometimes our head tells us HE LIKES ME, cuz its what we want to hear, when actually is not the reality, youll c that when you get out of highschool, there so much better , and even on highschool, there must be someone who likes you, but is to shy to admit it or doesnt know how to tell you... but my best advice is ditch him of ur list, and off ur heart... and youll be better off  ..
