Stress at Work
So, I really sometimes can not stand my job. It seems that people do everything in the world to make you look bad. I work at Subway and one of the crew leaders. Yet it seems all the people I work around ignore me and I have witnessed my manager set my assistant manager up with a variety of tricks to make her job harder. Does anyone else get that or is that me?
With people stabbing others in the back, I wonder what is going to happen when I finally get shift manager. Anyone else has stress at work?

Speaking of Subway, I once asked for everything but onion and those hot things, got distracted talking to my friend, and after unwrapping it found out that they were the ONLY things she'd put on there. I also had the slowest worker ever drop my roll into all the salads and had to clean it up and start again. It took about an hour. Now because this is such a major issue, you should fix it for me. That's stress.

Subway, all they care about is making their money. They could give a rats ass about your sandwich. Lol. But don't worry. Pobody, if you ever came to the one I worked at I would make with perfection Lol.

If you're a teen and posting in here, there's a good chance that you're still in some sort of school, and balancing a job and that is always difficult (well, it's summer, but whatever).
I have a hard time at work because I also go there for fun and to get stuff done.
When it comes time for me to work, I want to goof off half the time, and when it's time for me to be there for myself, I want to jump in and get involved.

I have two really crap jobs, only in them until I get a job that I want. Don't know if it's just me but I don't really get stressed at work. Everyone else around me does, but I don't. I must be really laid back!

The first job, the only job I had was terrible. They always found a reason to complain about something. All the employees would constantly have notes saying we should do this or that before consequences were made. It was so aggravating, and annoying; it seemed like nothing we did would be right. I got tired of it and quit. The people I worked with were 2 faced, and always found a reason to complain. Our boss didn’t even have the nerve to tell us face to face what we were doing wrong; she just left all we needed to know in little notes on the wall. I'm assuming every job is like this? I guess we just have to live with it, and try our best to do well in what all we do.
