Leaving the team

Hiya All,

After careful consideration I have decided to leave the team.

Reason 1 - I do a job that is very difficult and yet I get told off for banning people that are under age. Asking after under age and that I am enforcing the new rules.

Reason 2 - That a moderator went behind my back and pm'd Robbie saying that I was doing to many bans. Well to that moderator I do alot more bans as I sit in on the bad times. All bans that I make are for reasons. under age, ******, pedos, using words not allowed and being asked not to on loads of occassions. I think all moderators should try modding between the hours of 6am - 9am UK time and then come to me saying that I do to many bans.

Reason 3 - Chatters are banned by me between them hours and at 9am UK time RollsRoyce comes in and un-sets all the bans so my time is wasted.

I came onto the team as I was a normal chatter. I got fed up with seeing old men asking for pre teens and young lads under 16 on the site. The site looked like a pedo's nest. I am a stritch and disaplined person. I like rules they are there for a reason, that reason being to protect you and others. I feel i have not broken any of them rules but I was kinda told off today for banning to many. Sorry all no

You lot enjoy yourselves on here and hope the chatters will acually start listening, but when the bans are lifted twice a day I doubt it very much.

Oh dear.

Take no notice of RollsRoyce.. that's Martyn aka Worcester, and he does anything he likes when it comes to the ban list, he's a wannabe admin.

I'd take your mod spot but Robbie would fire me because he's friends with Martyn, and I'd stand upto him if he thought he could do as he wishes.

Robbie.. I think you should talk to Grant via PM and sort Martyn out and declare that you are Admin, no-one else. And you should do the ban list yourself.
Because the same thing will happen when roomie complained to PhillyStorm about me doing the ban list, and she did it!
