Is bi-sexuality more acceptable or less?

I've caught flac from hetrosexuals and homosexuals on this.

Whats up with that?

It seems like no matter who you ask you get a strange response. From straight guys you usualy hear its OK for women.
Some gays find it offensive. calling those who proclaim themselves Bi as being some kind of fence walkers.

Some poeple will go so far as to say bi-sexuality doesn't even exist.

That bi's are just very confused people who don't know wich *** their attracted to. It seems that bi's have a hard time in a lot of places being accepted by anyone gay or straight. Though thats not always the case. (A bi man just letting off some steam.)

Although dominantly I am straight, I wouldn't be suprised if I fell for a woman.
Bisexuality is just keeping options open, haha.

Sexuality is not as simple as most would imagine, the Kinsey reports say much about this.

All humanity, and human sexuality, is complex.

I suggest you just be you, after all thats all anyone of us just wants to be.

I hope that one day, a persons sexuality, should be no more important than the bank they bank with.

I think it goes both ways (haha no pun intended). In some ways it is more acceptable, especially for women, because you can slip under the net without being noticed as much, and it doesn't challenge gender roles quite so much. In other ways it makes it harder for bi people that there is less of a community and role to identify with. People sometimes confuse bisexuality with promiscuity or cheating on their partner, or think you are just making it up. Personally, I think it's great that we have the category of bisexuality because it means we can all, as someone said in this thread, keep our options open. I think sexuality is so much more complex than just the 3 categories of gay, straight or bi, i think we should have as many categories as there are people, but even then it changes with time. Maybe we should just give up on the categories all together? but then you don't have a group to identify with to fight for rights etc. Argh, we do we make it all so complimicated????

p.s. I can't believe the title of this thread was censored!

I think so.
It's risque and edgy, but not as taboo as being gay.
Seems more like a fad every day, tho.

Who cares if it's accepted? What people do behind close doors with their partner/fuck-buddy etc, it's noone's business except the two persons involved.
