Banned Please Help me

errr....i have been banned from adult chat...this is kinda crappy cause i was just starting to get known.
the reason being i am unsure, i think it may have been spamming...i wrote lots of stuff, trying to have conversations blah blah and had a message i copied and pasted a couple of times...(maybe slightly more than a couple)
the thing is...i was not 100% sure of the rules..and still i am not. i PM'ed a room moderter and asked in the general chat what the rules were and was ignored. (ignorance is not an excuse?)
i wanna go back in please
and knowing the rules would be great
i believe that spamming is not permitted and wont do it again... and i believe giving out contact information is banned...is this only in general or PM also?
please help cause i iz bored =*(
