How is it that American
People hate gay people
I thought the whole country
Was about equality and such
If they learned to except black people why not gay’s

Like in the government if they find out you gay they will fire you
Or people will throw bricks and suck at your window when you in your house
Or they will vandalize you


Don’t get me wrong I am not gay but I hate it when people hit gay people when they are alone

Like in school I heard this guy say he beat the crap out of his cozen when he found out he was gay

The hatred is caused by religion, specifically Christianity.

People aren't born to hate gays, they are taught to by the fire-and-brimstone speeches they hear from the pulpits of America.

Most of the people incarcerated for assaulting and killing gay people believe that they were doing what God wanted them to do.

These preachers regularly demonize homosexuality, but I doubt many of them stand in front of their congregations and demonize violence against homosexuals.

AMERICA leads the world and it does, AMERICA cries freedom, fact is AMERICA mostly cries for itself.

Freedom and democracy has to be an American notion/perception before the American establishment accepts such.

Thank god for the the majority of American people, they are light years ahead of their own Government, and the established order.

Change is ahead! to the right and to the left.

AFG I have posted many times on this subject, I will reiterate my views.

Many countries still fear Gay Rights, they assume that being Gay is a life style choice, it is not, and no one has to fear gay people.

As a matter of fact, gay peeps have made an astonishing contribution to human developement.

Gays are accepted. You just have some people who haven't moved on, and are still living in the era of the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's.

All Americans do not hate gays, just like all Americans don't hate blacks or idiots such as we encounter on a daily basis. Americans like many others have the option to be pro or anti and just because some still find it difficult to accept homosexuality doesn't mean that applies to all.

However when I see the non stop threads/posts in here continuously attacking heterosexuals all because they don't wish to be gay/socialise with gays/accept gays it truly pisses me off. Prejudice works both ways, but in C-A it appears to be absolutely rabid when it comes to certain internet gays. Thank phuck when I was at a wonderful family gathering a few weeks ago, the numerous gay people there were nothing like the twits in here. Hmmm maybe they were actually genuine gay people heh?
