I would like to become a mod in the adult chat room. Normally I would PM the admin of the room, but I thought it would be better for me to make a thread, so I can shock people that Gators actually wants to become an Adult Chat Mod.

I think you'd get bored in Adults after a busy room like Sports Chat Gators.

indeed I would. It's pretty tough dealing with 5 users during the busiest hour. I even break a sweat at times. But I don't have a problem downgrading to a smaller room like adults or being bored. Not having to babysit users all the time like sports chat will give me more time for other things like pickin on you.

No Gators...I insist you stay in Sports Chat. A quiet simple room like Adults would send you nuts. Also ever thought that if you quit Sports they'd have to find at least 6 other mods to fill your boots.

no no no cat....I do appreciate your concerns, but it's quite alright. I always enjoy modding the quiet, smaller rooms on this site. Notice all the rooms I've ever modded here have been the small rooms. Adult chat is just another one of those smaller rooms. So the thought of being bored is music to my ears.

True, my magnificence and great reputation in the sports chat room will be hard to replace. Not to worry though, I'll treat it just like a real-life job. I'll put in a 2 weeks notice, find suitable replacements, and I'll even train them thoroughly before I leave. They might not have the fast fingers with the ban button like i do, but I'm sure they'll catch on quickly as my training is equivalent to that of the US Marines.

I still fear your absence in the room could cause it to spiral completely out of control. 5 chatters can cause a hell of a lot of disruption, and even with mods personally trained by you, are you confident they could live up to your exceptionally high standards?

Even walks in the park can be pretty challenging. You always have to be on the look out while walking through one. Keeping an eye to the skies making sure there are no birds flying over you to take a sh!t on you. Watching out for screaming banshees playing in the playground kickin up sand in your eyes, and throwing balls at you. Sometimes the balls come at you so fast, it's hard to dodge them. Even cracks on the sidewalk can be hazardous, gotta watch out for those as well. Tripping on one of those can cause you to fall and get serious road rash.

If you worry about it not being challenging enough for me, feel free to jump in and start causing disruptions yourself when you feel the room is getting slow. I don't want to lose my quick kicking skills, I want to keep those up to par, and you'll help me out with that greatly if you become a disruptor for me.

True 5 whopping chatters do cause an unbelievable amount of disruption. Four mods and 1 chatter are pretty tough to deal with let me tell ya. When the 1 chatter disrupts, we all jump in to warn, and sometimes it causes chaos who gets to have the honor of kicking the disruptor out. They all know I'm the team leader and always get the honor of booting, but they still argue anyways. Fights end up breaking out, and the mods themselves end up causing the disruption. Then we all end up telling each other to stop breaking the rules. Usually when this happens the 1 disruptive chatter usually says well f*ck this and leaves. Of course being the great leader I am, I usually restore peace between the mods relatively quick.

You are absolutely right about them not meeting my exceptionally high standards. Even after all their training, they will never match my skills. Why do you think I support the Universal chat mod idea? So I can go in that room, and restore order when needed of course, and still be able to mod adult chat as well.
