Default Would This Affect the Outcome of Your Hairdo?

Hairdresser Sued in Muslim Scarf Row

Guess this is mainly for the women, but no doubt the males will want to comment. Would you care if your hair stylist or the junior apprentice in the salon did your hair whilst hiding theirs under a scarf?

And.......before anyone says this should be in some other forum, I put it here to try and get threads going that the adults can actually talk about, as opposed to trivia.

Now how that happen i posted a reply then got deleted LMAO...
I honestly want to see the hair of the stylist that is doin my hair... If their hair is crappy then why wud I want them to do mine? I made this mistake once by goin to a stylists and their hair was covered up, guess what they messed mine up.. I had to go to someone else to get it straighted out....So seeing I have had the experience of my hair bein messed up by someone I am more picky now.....

it wouldnt really bother me if they had their heads covered..
but to look at it from an advertising point of view, if you wanted a new style etc they are really the models for that business,
alot of people look at a hairdressers hair for ideas on what they might want themselves.

could be the stylist is just having his/or her own bad hair day ..meh it happens .. I used to give everyone a shot just as long as it got cut,I even gave the stylist with the Marty Feldman eyes a chance .. I spent the next few months wearing a hat

Although there is great irony in that scenario if the stylist was covered due to religious reasons or perhaps the stylist was covered up cause she was having chemo this does not necessarily reflect on her skills. The main thing is if you were satisfied with your haircut and the stylist used cut your hair to your liking.

This girl says she was turned down for employment at 25 hair salons, so what I'd like to know is why it took 25 rejections, and why she chose to sue this particular hairdresser? Could it be the previous salons lied and told her they wouldn't employ her for other reasons, whilst this one has been very honest and explained that hairstylists are expected to look, classy, funky, sharp?

Also I laughed at how she's suing for loss of earnings also. What phucking earnings? She's not earned any to lose yet . Way I see it, she's a manipulative, cunning little woman who knew that many salons particularly those that are predominantly white wouldn't hire her, and all this is a means to make money. Frankly I wouldn't allow her to touch my hair, and that's not based purely on the fact she's wearing a headscarf, but because for a 19 year old she's frumpier than my neighbour who's nearly 80.
