Not to do down any present Moderators.

But I ask why new Moderators are not being drawn/promoted from the room.

Surely, regular room contributors should be rewarded, by being appointed as a Moderator for the room they support.

Thus also adding to Forum membership.

what exactly are you whining about now?

both rollsroyce and tilbury are frequent users of gay chat who are mods, and so am i...and a new mod who was just hired this weekend, who is a regular user from chat that i recomended.

Rewarding them with what? It's a chat site not a game show where prizes are given.

And how many more threads are you going to make about the same thing? If it's not GC mods you're bitching about and the fact regs in the room aren't being hired, or not all being hard core gay, then you come back with wanting more mods to cover time zones. No room can be moderated 24/7 and frankly why the f,ck should anyone have to sit in the room untold hours?
