Bacon-Flavored Bread with bacon
first cook the bacon in a frying pan, then remove bacon.
Let the bacon grease stay in the pan, then place texas toast over it. Keep the temperature up so that the bread also gets toasted as well. Flip the bread over a 2nd time to make sure the bread is thorougly soaking up all the bacon grease. Once the majority of the bacon grease has been absorbed by the bread, remove the bread out of the pan, and place it on a plate along with the bacon you cooked earlier.
Finally any remains of grease left in the pan, pour over the bread for topping, and enjoy
Delicious!

Chicken Marsala
Ingredients
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 pounds skinless and boneless chicken breasts, trimmed, sliced through horizontally, rinsed, and pounded flat
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 cup flour, for dredging chicken, plus 3 Tbsp for the mushrooms
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 to 12 ounces white mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup Marsala wine
1 (15-1/2-ounce) can low-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, sage, or thyme
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Heat 1/4 cup oil in a large skillet, preferably cast iron, over medium-high heat. While the oil is heating, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and dredge them in 1 cup flour. Check to see if the oil is hot enough by dropping a pinch of flour into the pan; if the oil sizzles, it's hot enough.
Cook the chicken breasts in batches for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, adding more oil to the pan if necessary, until they turn golden brown. When all the chicken has browned, set it aside and add the butter to the pan. When the butter has melted, add the garlic and cook until golden brown. Add the mushrooms and cook 10 minutes. Sprinkle them with the remaining 3 tablespoons flour and stir until all the flour has been absorbed. Cook the mushrooms 3 to 5 minutes. When they have turned dark brown and reduced considerably in size, add the wine, scrape up any bits from the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon, and let the liquid reduce by half. Add the chicken stock and simmer for another 3 minutes. Add the fresh herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
Return the chicken to the sauce in the pan to reheat for approximately 1 minute. Serve at once.
This is one of the most delicious in my book.

PB&J... the classic
Ingredients...
2 sliced of white bread
1 jar of peanut butter
1 jar of grape jelly
a knife
2 napkins
a garbage can
First you take 1 slice of bread and place it on one of the napkins. Take the jar of peanut butter and 1 of the knives, and dip it in the peanut butter jar. Scrape the peanut butter out of the jar, and spread evenly on the bread. Double dip if necessary. Next, wipe off the remains of the peanut butter with the other napkin off the knife, then proceed to get the jar of grape jelly. Get the 2nd slice of bread, and place it on the napkin with the peanut butter slice. Dip the knife in the jar, and scrape the jelly out. Spread evenly over the 2nd slice until completely covered.
Take both slices of bread, and smash the peanut butter side with the grape jelly side to form a square shape. Clean off the knife again, then proceed to remove the crust off the bread. Use the knife and start at the top-right (top left if you're left handed) and saw away the crust. Turn the sandwich 90 degrees everytime you are finished cutting off a side of the crust.
Once this is complete, take the sandwich and cut it at an angle from the right-top to the bottom-left. After that, throw away the cut off crust, and both napkins, and you are finished making the PB&J sandwich.
dude that sounds awesome...im gonna have to try that.

Peanut butter and banana is nice too, or banana and honey.
My favorite pasta recipe
(no amounts included, it really is down to your own tastes)
Conchigle or penne pasta works best in this dish, but you can also use taglitelle or fettuccine.
Ingredients:
pasta
single cream
smokey bacon or proscuitto
mature cheddar cheese (grated)
parmesan cheese (grated finely)
mozzerella cheese (chopped)
1. Place pasta into pan of boiling water and cook until "al dente"
2. Chop bacon/proscuitto and fry until crispy
3. Drain pasta, add cream and all cheeses
4. Stir until the cheese has melted and sauce is thick and creamy
5. Place into bowls and garnish with the crisped bacon/proscuitto
6. Serve with garlic bread and side salad
