Please post your own quick things that make dishes better. :)
Chicken Parmesan Soak the pre-breaded chicken in buttermilk for 45 minutes (thin pieces) up to a few hours (thicker chicken). It'll keep the chicken nice and moist.

chicken:
let your chicken marinate for 2 days in Italian Dressing. it keeps it moist and tastes good. Potato Salad: Boil the potatoes (dont peel or cut them) 2 days in advance. Let them sit in the fridge in a strainer to get all the moisture out. Onions: To keep yourself from being a blubbering mess when you're cutting onions. Run them under cold water or wear sun glasses ![]()

![]() on topic- SPAG BOWL - Free range beef will always give the biggest flavour improvement over mass produced beef, organic if you can. Don't use extra lean mince as the fat in this as with many dishes is the medium which carries the flavour.

Having problems peeling those eggs to make your Deviled Eggs? It is because the eggs are full of hormones and steriods....if you want your eggs to peal easily, try using organic eggs. Since they are steriod free and hormone free, they are easy to peel after they are boiled and they are better for you!
Trying to eat healthy and don't have a lot of time? Get a 3 pack of free range chicken breast, put each in a zip lock baggie along with some seasonings. Store in the fridge. When you get home from work, you can pop one on the George Forman Grill (if you don't have one, get one..cuts cooking time in half), along with some sliced summer squash and put in a piece of toast and you have a very healthy balanced meal in about 10 minutes.
