okay, so i'm making lasagna tomorrow
it's going to be BOMB
i'm just kinda wingin' it, so if you have any tips (no recipes necessary), lemme know! (specific cheese, etc)

the ONLY cheeses you should be using are riccota and mozz.

and use the noodles that cook when you bake it, makes it a lot easier to layer and they taste exactly the same.

I make really great lasagna at least I alway's get complimented on it.
I use about 6 egg's in the cheese mixture , I use riccotta, mozzarella
and parmezan,or romano I grate my own cheese . grateing you're own cheese makes a huge difference believe it or not and adding 6 egg's makes it very fluffy...

Mozzarella cheese is a must
Instead of JUST using ricotta
I use half ricotta half cottage cheese

The biggest thing is using fresh ingredients and making everything from scratch (sauce and noodles)

Not like many people have time to make fresh noodles but you can buy a machine that rolls it for you.
trust me its better then anything you can buy in the stores.
