lemon meringue pie

ok i need to bake a pie for mothers day and it NEEDS to be lemon meringue...dont ask why.

but i need a detailed recipe, one that someones made not something off google.

cause apperently it can turn out really crappy.

and that depends on the temp of your room and humidity
This is from betty crocker
actually its the very first pie I ever made.
(its not the fastest but its really good)
No I didnt just google it I have used this recipe quite a few times.

you could always just go out and buy her one and throw it in one of your pans and tell her ya made it ~I don't cook very well~

Its not that bad
Like I said it was the first pie I ever made.
and instead of making your own crust buy a premade crust
they're just as good
and it will cut down on cooking and prep time

i always buy a frozen crust, unless im making cheesecake, cause thats an easy one.

Thanksgiving I made a pumpkin cheesecake
it was soooo good.
