Banned ???

Hi i have just read the rules on the forum and now i know why i was banned

cause i asked for yngr thats ok thats fine now i have read your rules, but can you tell me, how is some 1 banned without so much as a warning or any thing.
do u have moderators who are ego trippers or do you have a no warning just ban policy.
