banned

I have been chatting in the room now for a few weeks, and i always go in under the same name. this morning, i was private chatting with someone, and it kicked me out saying that i had been banned. Now it tells me that i have been banned from this chat site. I read under someone elses post that i should contact phillystorm, and give them my ip addy and other info. I am fine with figuring that stuff out, i just wish i knew why being that i was not doing anything wrong.... stumps me
