what does the gay chat admin have to do with saving banned threads?
and i have a few suggestions.
1) more mods in the room.
2) voice back as gay forums mod.
3) less moronic threads about turning celebs gay and what-not.
4) someone make andy shut up.
5) someone tell andy he has no control over banned threads.
6) or reps for that matter.
7) bump old threads that started good but turned to spam.
8) translate this?

Loosely translated.

but hes suggested that before...
users who come in here because theyre banned dont seem to have the mental capacity to look for an existing thread...seing as how they make them in tons of forums.
and philly doesnt need to reply, someone just needs to direct the user to his pm box. which is starfires job. but andy hates starfire so this makes sense.

Threads about being banned, problems with the room etc should be left open until Philly has an opportunity to respond. I believe Jenna has already given that instruction to forum mods.

I think things are working as fine as they are, as someone else mentioned even if there were a thread for banned complaints people would still create a new thread, and should I merge that with the banned thread they wouldn't know where to find it. I generally close banned threads before Philly replies as before Philly gets a chance to it's generally spammed to internet hell. If he wants to respond to a closed thread he can pm me or any UM to temporarily unlock it.

Yeah, that's what I thought too, but I couldn't remember for sure, which is why I didn't say it.
But, they are still getting closed before some admins have a chance to reply.
