Some might think these are strange, but others might think they're tasty.
When I was in this one horse town (turned City) called Sudbury, Ontario... This guy got me to try French fries (chips for those who don't call them fries. Lol.) with Tartar sauce or mustard. It's actually quite tasty. (believe it or not.)
One favourite I discovered... was Bugles snacks with ice cream. They make excellent sweet and salty mini ice cream cones.

Close to the mustard and chips, I tend to have mayonnaise on mine.
Cheese and strawberry jam (jelly to the Americans) on sandwiches.
Cheesey noodles.

When you're in a don't-care-about-health-mood, bananas fried in butter and drizzled with melted chocolate with whipped cream.

Mayonnaise is close enough to tartar sauce. (it's made with mayo.)
Btw... I think Americans have Jam and Jelly... Just like us Canadians do. Jam is made with fruit chunks in it, and jelly isn't.

I had a thing for fresh hot french fries dipped into icing. And not the icing that you would use on a cake.. I'm talking about the icing that you would use to put on a cinnabon.
I still have a thing for pb and cheese. Sharp cheddar cheese goes well with pb. I like to dip my tater tots in honey mustard sauce ONLY. Every now and then I'd mix ketchup and ranch together.. and dip my fries in that.
