Maybe this will help them get to know the many personalities that chat avenue has to offer

Hmm what to say about me...
I am sweet, soft spoken and always kind. Ok those are lies.

Likes:

Twilight! Music,eyeliner, black metal, guitar, zombie movies, ballet and being the occasional bitch.

Dislikes:

Organized Religion, Christianity in general, Patriotic displays, especially in church, Overly defensive people, Billy Corgan's a capella sections,Not having gotten a degree in economics,Thoughtless comments about what is and is not "the government's job,People who try to appear "deep" by making throwaway references to quantum physics, Wanting to say inappropriate things to inappropriate people,Feeling guilty for thinking certain thoughts that I know I'd never act on, Being overly dramatic, The fact that emotions have no relationship whatsoever to reality,Uninformed generalizations.

I started off in college chat a few years back
and eventually made my way here.

I am married with 2 children and I Love it
Im kinda very immature, say what I want and most of the time with out thinking which gets me into alot of trouble most of the time.

My likes:
Photography, making friends, music, and entertaining

My dislikes:
I guess people who are always down on life and never have anything nice to say about anyone or anything

What is it about chat ave?

I found chat avenue about 18 months ago when I was told by hubby to stop stressing about work and find something to do with my spare time, so I found chat AVE and even though a vow to stay away sometimes I can't, it is a great place for to to get away from everyday responsibilities, to relax , unwind and just be immature and have a bit of fun.
I am lucky to say I have met some great ppl here, actually meeting 2 and meeting up with one this weekend.

So enjoy your time here don't take it all too seriuosly "its all a bit of fun"

What has me coming back is the laughs I constantly get from reading the crap that some members post lol.

I am 30-ish and from a little assylum in the south of africa.

I enjoy long, slow romantic walks on the beach, candlelit dinners and soft conversations under a full moon. (nah f*ck it, the others are gonna blow that to sh1t in ne case)

I keep coming back here and keep going back to chat because i enjoy being insulted. It's an escape from a dreary world where everything revolves around politics and money and a place where a person can have a couple of laughs, voice a few opinions (although that seems to p1ss some people off) and meet cool new people.

I'm Cj.

I'm 17, almost 18.

For the past 3 months I've been living in Latin America to complete volunteer projects, but will return to the United States in 3 weeks as I am a U.S. Citizen.

I like to help people, so if you have any questions always feel free to PM me, someone in color, or just about any user. It's a very easy site to make friends in.

I don't like war, as my brother is in the Army, so naturally I suppose.

I've been using the site for almost 4 years I suppose...

I found this chat through... geeze, I don't even remember to be honest, sorry. Possible Google though..

During the week I return to the forums and contribute as much as possible as I know I can make perhaps a fraction of a difference here, as well as maybe help others with advice, etc.

I love Horse Riding (Horses obviously), Photography, Music and hanging out with friends, meeting new people.

My dislikes, well I don't have anything really.

I'm pretty easy going, laid back and I'm always up for a chat.. and pretty friendly. (unless you get on my bad side). ^_^

I cannot remember how I found Chat Avenue, but I have been coming here since around '02 - '03 my memory is bad.

I started going into Girls Chat then I decided to join forums. After being a mod in Girls, I modded Singles I think it was, then Dating Chat after that and was a mod there for ageees, so I had a change and come to forums, then I quit chat and was made a UM, and have been ever since.

I think it's mainly the entertainment that keeps me coming back here, lol.

I have met a few people from Chat Avenue, including Mark and Philip, and I also met Amanda (Popity) and a few others too in person.

There's lots of nice people here, so you'll have no trouble finding friends if need be, or if you just joined forums to post and have fun, that's what it's here for, so you'll enjoy yourself.
