Every night, I fall asleep with the tv on.

I seem to sleep better that way. I'll put the tv on adult swim/cartoon network, watch a few mintues of tv and then BAM out like a light. Of course, I put the sleep timer on for about an hour

So the tv is watching itself for 45 mins.
If I'm really just bloody knackered.. then I'll wake up in the same position that I fell asleep in. Other than that, I toss and turn every now and then.
