Default Pasta Salad

Anyone have some recipes for pasta salads?

I dont want something you've pasted off another site not knowing how good the recipe actually is...
I want recipes YOU have made.

Well mine is real easy.
._.

I like to use the tri-colored pasta spirals.
Italian dressing.
I chop up, tomato, celery, green pepper, cucumber and red onions.
And then let it marinated or a couple hours.

a tip for shrimp in general:
don't go too big and don't go too small
the large one are kinda tough and don't have much taste, and the bay (also known as baby) shrimp don't taste like anything at all
31/40* are pretty good
also, peel your own
it takes like 5 minutes, 10 tops if you haven't done it before, for a bag
in my experience with seafood, they shelled ones have more taste

*the numbers on bags of shrimp/prawns are about how many you will get a pound. so the bigger the number, the smaller the shrimp

Fusilli pasta (I use wholewheat, but thats cause I don't eat white pasta)
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Peppers (I find red and orange work better)
Diced chicken or turkey (optional)

Dressing:
Either a light mayonnaise dressing (nothing too heavy or it will really weigh the salad down) OR a drizzle of honey mustard or french dressing works nicely.

Serve topped with either spring onions or chopped chives and a side of baby leaf salad.
