kids grow up to fast

just picked my son up from school, he's 9 btw

a friend of his ( a little girl) was outside crying so i asked her why
she said
she was just having a bad day, everyone picking on her....( kids r the worst lol )
anyway I asked if my son stayed a little longer to play if it would help
she smiled and said it would........
the cute part and makes me wanna cry because they grow up wayyyyyy to fast
it's the same little girl that called me last year asking if he could go to the movies with her ( and yes he went hehe )

Yeah sunbeam they do grow up so fast... he's only 9 wait til he gets 14 and 17 damn i wish mine was little again

HAHAHA Sunbeam.. Frank is 7 and the girls are giving him the eye already... im thinking of locking my daughter up already.. and she just turned 1 yeah.. they grow up WAYYY to fast....

listen if you want stories i have more then you want to know but you know kids do grow up so fast and sometimes they are so dam difficult but at the end of the day when u open that door and see them sleeping it just makes my heart glow being a parent is the best thing in my life *hey angel_eyes*

i pick up my friends son from school most days & take him to his after school program, he's in kindergarden
earlier this week a friend of his that's in 1st grade brought a lil dollar store ring & gave it to me he said,
"i'm gonna marry you & yer gonna do my laundry & cut up my food"

Yes the kids do grow fast... one day your holding them in your hands wishing for them to be able to sit up and walk and talk, than you turn around and all you want them to do is sit still for 5 minutes and shut up.
Than you turn around again and they are teenagers with the mentality of the two year old that you want to send them to the corner for time out.
Than time goes on faster and they are young men and ladies, you than sit back and remember holding them in your hands.
My Grandmother had a great saying thou... they can grow up but they never out grow their parents... lol
