Lol I have been cooking in Italian retaurants for like freakin 11 years and never not one time have i heard of soaking chicken in buttermilk?
Its all in the the bread crumbs and red sauce.Provel is the best for a chicken parmesan and parmesan.
A boneless chicken breast will always stay moist if you fry it right.Doesnt hurt to pound it out lill too!
