What is Christmas to you??
Everywhere you turn... the media has turned Christmas into a commercial Holiday, gifts, gifts, gifts..... gimmie , gimmie , gimmie.... ect....
What is your meaning of Christmas??.... Is it about being grateful, family,and wishing good cheer apon others??
Or is it all about the Gimmie?? 
I believe we should be grateful for what we have, not for what we get or want.... But it is also about giving.... even if its just a smile and a Merry Christmas... as too few of those are given these days...
Sooooo tell me what your going to do if anything, for someone other then your Family or friends.... to atleast put a smile on the less fortunate...
As for me , I'm donating my time too the Christmas Light parade for the Children who are less fortunate.... Stroo and I both picked a child off the Christmas wish tree, who we will buy a special gift they asked Santa for.... we also will be Having A Christmas Dinner for a few people who prollly wouldnt have been able to have there own....
Never the lessssssss I wish you all a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
and just remember its all about giving....even if it is just a smile...

i think im going to spend christmas volunteering in a homeless shelter or a soup kitchen  i guess just because i don't know anyone here or have any friends or family doesn't mean i have to be alone..and there are ALWAYS others who could use a helping hand

Over rated holiday that has become an excuse to buy people gifts to try and prove that you like them, even though in your heart you dont wanna buy them s.h.i.t, but you feel obligated to. 
Christmas should be for family and just being together should be the important thing.

we arent celebrating this year as it's too soon after my mum passed away  if we did it would feel too weird without her here , bossing us around telling us not to get drunk
so this year its going to be a normal day for us

I celebrate Yule which is the Pagan version of Christmas. It falls on the winter solstice usually 3 days before. It is the feast of the longest night and a ceremony to welcome back the sun as the days get longer.

Christmas to me is about family..it was when I was a child spending Christmas day with my family and now I'm older with my own kids it's still the same.
