the real quality of life
What is the quality of life? Someone thinks that the quality of life equals to big house, luxury car, steady job with high salary, carefree life. Others think that the quality of life means lofty ideals, ambition, the process of continual self-break and self realization, even though they just have adequate food and clothing.
In front of flashy and showy reality, what do you think is the real quality of life? Pursuing the fame and money, focusing on the result, or ceaselessly striving and focusing on the process?
The prosess is more important in my opinion. Sometimes we always feel that when we try to get sth, it's so interesting, but when we have got it, it'll be no longer useful for us. The prosess is a long journey while the result is just a point. Or we can say life is a prosess, and death is a result. When we come to the end of our lives, we can say like the godfather:" Life is so beautiful." That's enough.

Quality life is different for everyone. It's what it takes to make YOU happy. For me it would be, a good relationship, a decent job that would give me enough money to pay my bills and have a nice house. I once heard someone say this and I agree... in order to be happy you need, 1. someone or something to love, 2. something to do and 3. something to look forward to.

I'd say quality of life boils down to one thing. Being able to be happy with yourself.

The real quality, to me, are the little things in life. The one's that people take for granted.
Like a glass of water; might sound corny but, I savour something small as that- it could be my last.
Not to mention some people are at a disadvantage and don't have clean water, so things like that are real qualities to me.
Go ahead and laugh.

Quality of life to me means a couple of things-a few very close friends, healthy children, and being able to fall asleep at night knowing that I have done the best that I can do that day
