sorry that this might sound confusing, but he was messing with photoshop 6 and he showed me this glowing eafect. he made the outline of an image have a glowing/bleeding affect. can anyone help me.

And which is it, glowing or bleeding?

wel its more of a bleeding effect. i think the feature is under the "f" icon that is at the bottom of the layer toolbar, but im not sure. I think I might have photoshop 6.0 for dummies but im not sure. I know that these posts dont help, but ill see if i can find a photo with the bleeding effect
