Okay, it appears that other chatrooms are making a myspace for their chat. I would like to make one, but only to bring a fresh batch of chatters and members to the site and maybe flush out some tards that seem to not want to leave this site.. ever.

What I am asking is, should we make one for myspace or for facebook or use both? Or should we even make one at all? What do you guys think?

I think we should make one for both as there we will have more chances of attracting people to the site. Why just limit ourselves to myspace users? We can have both. Sure myspace is very popular but a facebook will also be a good idea as well

Oh yes, invite more predators than there already are.
And invite more confused teens who're easy prey.

I don't like the idea.

Myspace seems to be more younger teenagers right now, while facebook is geared towards the 18+ crowd.

So I don't think it would be a good idea to put gay chat on myspace, seeing as how it is "adult content" now.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Facebook is for a more mature crowd and I happen to have a facebook myself and love it. Myspace on the other hand is dirty and anyone can make one because it is easy and take no time at all. Atleast with facebook, it takes time to do and read and is a bit more complicated. Other rooms have made their myspaces for their chatrooms, but I felt that it was necessary to ask for member's opinions before making a decision.

I don't use either site anymore, but I do remember that groups were kind of a big deal on facebook...but no one ever used them on myspace.

So it might just be a waste.

Who brings up a very important point I agree most of the myspace users are young teens, so now after considering this I would change my vote to facebook too.

Thanks love, I feel dirty now. But dirty can be a fun thing right?

I have to say I have both and I really don't use any of them, I think it's a good idea if we can get more mature chatters in the room.
